My Postpartum Time

During my Postpartum time I had some postpartum depression. Not a lot in comparison to what some people experience and I was lucky and blessed enough to an amazing midwife who helped me get the help I needed quickly. I would cry about things that would probably seem little to others, but to me were big things. I blamed myself for things that weren't my fault.

I eventually got out of the funk I was in and felt inspired to help other moms during this time of the birth year.
